the Summer Village of Silver Sands will offer for sale, by public auction, at the 
Municipal Office located at 4808-51 Street in Onoway, Alberta, on Tuesday, 
February 28th , 2017, at 10:00 a.m., the following lands:

This parcel will be offered for sale subject to a reserve bid, and to the reservations and 
conditions contained in the existing certificate of title.
Terms: Cash, Certified Cheque or Bank Draft. 10% non-refundable deposit on the day 
of the sale and balance due within 72 hours of the Public Auction.
The Summer Village of Silver Sands may, after the public auction, become the owner 
of any parcel of land not sold at the public auction.
Redemption may be effected by payment of all arrears of taxes and costs at any time 
prior to the sale.
