Terms: Cash or certified cheque. Deposit of 10% of the bid at the time of the sale, 
October 2, 2026. Balance of 90% of bid within 30 days of receipt by Rocky View 
County. Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable as per federal statutes.
Redemption may be effected by payment of all arrears of taxes and costs at any time
