Notice is hereby given that, under the provisions of the Municipal Government Act, 
the Village of Myrnam will offer for sale, by public auction, at the Municipal 
Building, 5007 50 Street, Myrnam, Alberta, on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 
10:00 a.m., the following lands:

To have a property removed from the public auction, all outstanding property tax 
arrears must be paid to the Village of Myrnam in guaranteed funds (cash, certified 
cheque, bank draft, e-transfer) no later than 3:30 p.m. on Friday, September 25, 2026.
Each parcel with municipal property taxes remaining unpaid on the date of the 
auction will be offered for sale subject to the reserve bid (the minimum price the 
Village of Myrnam is willing to accept for the property).
The properties are being offered for sale on an "as is, where is" basis. The Village of 
Myrnam makes no representations or warranties regarding the condition, use, zoning, 
access, or suitability of any property offered for sale.
Terms and Conditions of Sale:
 	Payment may be made by cash, debit, or certified cheque. 
 	A minimum deposit of 10% of the successful bid is due on the date of the 
auction. 
 	The balance of the purchase price is due within 14 days of the auction. 
 	Conditional bids will not be accepted. 
 	GST is payable where applicable.
The Village of Myrnam may, after the public auction, become the owner of any parcel 
of land not sold at the public auction.
