NOTICE OF TAX SALE The following real property will be sold at a public auction, at or near the Credit Union Place, in Hall A, in Summerside, Prince Edward Island, on the 7th day of July, 2026, at the hour of Twelve o’clock in the afternoon. The real property is located at 53 A-C Mill Road, in Prince County, Prince Edward Island, being identified as parcel number 261610-000 and assessed in the name of Karine Jouffret. This property is being sold for nonpayment of taxes in accordance with section 16 of the Real Property Tax Act.
