Notice is hereby given that, under the provisions of the Municipal Government Act, 
the Village of Boyle will offer for sale, by public auction, at the Council Chambers, 
4800 3 Street South, Boyle, Alberta, on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.,

1.	The property will be sold to the highest acceptable bidder, subject to the 
Municipality's approval and applicable legislation.
2.	The auctioneer, councillors, the chief administrative officer and the designated 
officers and employees of the municipality must not bid or buy any parcel for 
themselves.
3.	The property is offered for sale "as is, where is", with no warranties or 
guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding its condition, boundaries, 
improvements, services, or suitability for any purpose.
4.	All bidders must register before the auction and provide valid identification.
5.	The successful bidder shall pay the required 50% non-refundable deposit 
immediately upon the acceptance of the bid. The balance of the purchase price 
must be made by certified cheque, bank draft, or cash by 4:00 p.m. on the day of 
the auction.
6.	All transfer costs, registration fees, taxes, duties, legal fees, and any other costs 
associated with the transfer of ownership shall be the responsibility of the 
successful purchaser unless otherwise stated.
7.	The purchaser will be required to execute a Sale Agreement in form and 
substance provided by the municipality.
8.	If the successful bidder fails to complete the purchase within the prescribed 
period, the Municipality reserves the right to cancel the sale, retain the deposit 
(where applicable), and re-advertise or re-auction the property.
9.	The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all bids, withdraw the 
property from auction, postpone or cancel the auction, or accept any bid deemed 
to be in the Municipality's best interest.
10.	The sale is subject to all applicable municipal bylaws, legislation, and any 
conditions imposed by the Municipality.
11.	By participating in the auction, bidders acknowledge that they have read, 
understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. 
12.	The Village of Boyle may, after the public auction, become the owner of any 
parcel of land not sold at the public auction.
